The Windfall act prohibited state employees who didn't pay into Social Security from being eligible to collect SS. That was repealed today. Now every state employee with a full pension and medical are eligible. Thoughts?

I know many Police officers, teachers, state workers, who retired early receiving a State pension with full medical benefits. Now they can also collect Social Security. I guess I don't mind the Bill passing, but Congress didn't fund the change which will cripple it in 5 years.
