Is the artecard worth it?

I'm gonna be in Naples for 7 days so i've been doing my homework on the best way to travel by public transport. Is the campania arte card worth it traveling to the Herculaneum/Vesuvius/Pompeii and between Sorrento/Positano/Amalfi/Salerno? If so I was going to get 1 campania and 1 napoli pass. Thanks in advance!
