I'm looking for help with installing flags for easier editing.

As the title says, I'm trying to find a way for the streamer to flag moments of their stream. So that they can double back later, check on the flagged moments and chop them up for editing. It would save so much editing time to be able to do this, instead of rewatching 6+ hour streams for the clippable moments.

Does anyone know a simple plugin to do this? Ideally if the streamer could name the flags too would be best, so they're easier to pick out the moments they're looking for. Is this achievable in OBS or through Twitch?
