ThrottleStop undervolt isn't working

My CPU is i5-11400H. I used to undervolt my CPU back in mid-2023 (Windows 10) and CPU Core/Cache values were -70 because beyond -70 would result in a blue screen. Yet, it used to work just fine and give its fruits. Now; (Windows 11) even when I set the values at -250, nothing seems to happen. What should I do? FIVR and TPL screenshots are below.
