Is a 15ms response time monitor ok?

Hi, I bought this monitor because I like the usb c port and the ergonomic stand. It's arriving tomorrow but I started reading more and some people said a slower response time isn't ideal.

That said, is a 15ms response time monitor really that bad considering it is only a 60hz refresh rate? I got confused because the website says it has a typical response time of 15ms but can go to 5ms with overdrive.

I plan to use this 90% of the time for office work and watching YouTube/Twitch videos and the very occasional RTS game (I am a casual player).

Any advice is appreciated.
