Help with allerg

Hi all, this is my boy Miley. He is plagued with allergies. The vet said it's a topical dermatitis. It affects his paws, ears and underbelly. He is on apoquel and getting the anti allergy jab every 8 weeks. I've tried different diets. Is there anyone with any experience who could give me help with an alternative to all these chemicals?
