Portland area wedding venues

My fiance and I are planning a 2025 Saturday wedding for around 60-75 people and need some help! We love the idea of a restaurant wedding, but have been having a hard time finding a venue that could also do the ceremony on site. We're happy to do the ceremony elsewhere, but I'm having trouble finding a space that will just do a ceremony rental (our party is too big for city hall).

Our all in budget for venue/food/bev/taxes/fees is max $20K. Does anyone have any suggestions? Finding a venue that doesn't feel like a banquet hall/traditional venue is important to us, too.
