I just found out three days ago I’m 5 weeks pregnant
Since finding out i have been worrying slightly about the fact that i am a picky eater. It’s mostly a texture thing/trauma with being forced to eat certain things as a child fruits/veggies. Can someone please help me find a way to incorporate veggies/fruit in my diet? i know that sounds so stupid, im 23 years old & feel like i should have grown out of this by now. I just don’t want my baby to suffer because i can’t bring myself to choke down a salad or things that are good for both of us 😭 ANY advice is greatly appreciated <3 thank you!
p.s: I am pretty early and do think that i may start craving things that i don’t typically eat but this is my first child & i just want to do right by him/her
