If Todd didn’t actually cheat on Bronwyn…
So, I may be completely wrong, but I read someone on this subreddit saying that the way Bronwyn walks back the infidelity in her and Todd's marriage is by claiming that the edit misinterpreted what she was saying on the boat. And that Todd didn't actually cheat on her physically nor emotionally, but Bronwyn was just feeling insecure. Which is totally valid.
But if that's the case, why was everyone on the boat, including Bronwyn, incredulous that Lisa and Meredith were a bit more sympathetic to Todd than it seemed they should've been in the moment? (Edit: I agree they shouldn't have jumped in to defend Todd in that moment, but it kind of seems now that Bronwyn is even claiming that Todd is actually perfect and didn't do anything wrong at all. I'm confused!)
I just don't understand Bronwyn. I want to like her, but nothing is tracking for me. The necklace is one thing, but the whole Gwen's birth parent/grandparents thing is another. Why on EARTH would Bronwyn bring that to the cameras, to Lisa, when she hadn't ever even shown the photo to Todd?! That's crazy! I mean, the scene where she brings it to Lisa isn't even aired. So, how did it get to the show? Bronwyn and Lisa kept talking about it. The miscarriage topic wasn't originally aired either! I know Lisa brought it to the aftershow, but seems like she genuinely didn't know it wouldn't be aired... I don't know. Half of it is production, some of it is Lisa, but Bronwyn's actions around this are really difficult to understand and even harder to justify.
