What was the most out of touch update/game change that Jagex has ever made to Runescape?

So I'm sure that we all like runescape and all, but we know all too well that Jagex sometimes makes changes to the game that really pisses off the player base. What do you think was the most upsetting update they made? In my opinion it was either EoC or the original removal of wilderness and free trade.
