I want to gain weight, increase mobility and stability. I have mild thoraco-lumber scoliosis.
Hi. So I was thinking of hitting the gym. I am very skinny and struggle to put on weight. However, when I started to search what exercises I should go for, most of the exercises that are helpful for gaining weight, aren't that scoliosis friendly (such as weighted squats). So that kind of left me confused on what exercises shall I go for. It'd be really helpful if you guys can suggest some.
