F*** SONOS SUPPORT, NEED HELP CONTACTING SOMEONE
I have been trying to sort out the problem with my MOVE; Battery/Bluetooth problems before the warranty is up in a week and I keep getting transferred. Today was the last straw, as I waited on the phone with constant automated interruptions, I decided to take the call back service. 45 minutes later they leave a voicemail! A voicemail! No call, a voicemail, saying sorry that they missed me, and they tried to call, but I wasn't available without even calling me. Just the gaslighting gets to me!
How can I get through to someone and register is a claim before my warranty is up please.
