Manager help (TW: su*cide)

My manager is saying she’s gonna commit s*cide almost every day. For some context, our district sucks rn. Our DM is a cnt and pretty much everyone is on the same page about that. Stores are closing early every day, some don’t even have the labor to open and she’s not letting them hire more people. My manager has sucked since before we got this DM but this issue is definitely not helping. Recently, we lost like 75% of our staff (I’m in the process of transferring, if the DM approves it) and our GM is umm, not handling it too well. She has mental breakdowns on the floor every day, yells at the baristas, yells at the customers, cries, says she’s gonna h*ng herself, and some more stuff that I don’t even feel comfortable posting here.. of course all the shifts know and I’ve brought it up many times and I always get a “we just don’t handle it like you do” or it gets dismissed as if it’s not a big deal ?!?! Like, we’re starting to hire young people!! And even if we weren’t, she needs help. I just don’t know what to do..
