Why do I keep disconnecting from servers on PS5

So I tried playing this game for the first time last year. I got about 1 hour into the game & now I’m basically soft locked. I kept getting disconnect error messages over & over. I couldn’t stay in the game for more than 10 mins. So I gave up thinking maybe I was getting into the game at a bad time unsure if it was an issue for everyone or not. I just tried playing the game again recently & sure enough not even 10 mins into my first session I’m disconnected again. Tried restarting, same thing. I literally cannot play this game. I looked up a fix, haven’t found anything. Most ppl are on pc or say it’s a WiFi issue. I play tons of games & have never dealt with something like this. Does anyone know of a fix? I’m on PS5.
