New Tale Help?

So I finally got to the station (this is a new save, but I already completed the other tales in another one), I wait for an aurora and use the radio to look for a signal, suddenly a dot appears on the screen in a corner but the radio is silent all the time! The mission to find ammm that guy's stuff suddenly appeared on screen but I don't know if I'm missing something since the radio doesn't beep :(
