Placed on PIP as Associate Therapist- advice

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice, solidarity, insight here because I am panicking.

I have been working at this agency for 3 yrs and have done my practicum, internships and licensure work here. I am set to apply for my license in PA in May however just this week I was placed on a PIP for past due treatment plan updates unfortunately. Everything has been fine until being behind on tx plans.

I am debating if I should resign, or attempt to stay on top of everything to make it to May and beyond? I am caught up on all my admin work now however I am unsure of what to do. If I get fired, how might that affect my licensure? I appreciate your help!!
