[TOMT] [Horror movie]

Okay so I got this movie from Redbox in March 2013, so I would guess it came out about 2012. It’s a really bad low budget horror movie where a group of, I’m pretty sure, college kids go to camp in a forest which I know is pretty basic. They start getting hunted by something and I remember at one point a guy gets his kidney ripped out and a different guy has both of his eyeballs torn out and he yells at someone, “I know what I saw!” Which I remember vividly because of how funny I thought that was. Then they leave the guy with no eyes in the forest and tell him they’ll be right back which I also remember because it made me laugh. So it’s pretty basic slasher the whole way through but the most important part is the twist.

So at the end, it flashes to two cops walking into some abandoned place in the middle of the woods that’s like janky medical looking with metal tables and stuff like that. They find these college kids on the tables and it turns out they were actually kidnapped and having their organs removed to be sold on the black market and were just hallucinating getting hunted in the woods. I’ve been looking for this for years any help is appreciated !!
