Tirz side effects

I’m on day two of first dose of tirz after three months of sema and close to zero weight loss- and few things:

1. On tirz, I’m not hungry but I still want food- feeling unsatisfied totally. Then I go to eat and…

2. oddly I can’t taste anything. Everything tastes bland. Had cereal and it tasted like plain cardboard… im kind of sad as I don’t want to not taste and also feel unsatisfied all the time.

3. In the mornings, I wake up feeling like my stomach has been empty for weeks and I’ll die if I don’t put something in my belly.

Anyone else feel any of these?
