What early adaptations have you made to have a better experience with tonal?

Examples being: making your own work outs, not using music, etc.

I’ve done 11 work outs on it so far, but I feel like so much more is geared towards upper body or more men. Haven’t found hip thrusts. The only booty gains I’ve seen are a beginning class.

Anyways, would love to hear what changes you made to become hooked!

Update: if anyone searches this, I want to share I am now hooked. What helped was creating free lifts (for me).
