Tulum airport transfer to house (not a hotel)

At least one of the shuttle companies listed in the pinned post as operating out of the Tulum airport does, in fact, not operate out of there at all (USA Transfers). Can someone correct this? And can someone suggest a reputable company for a private shuttle to a residence in the Tulum area - not the hotel zone?
