What style of notetaking do you guys recommend? (digital, hand written, typing etc?)

hii everyonee, im going into uni next year taking nursing but im genuinely curious what note taking methods you guys use? like handwritten, digital, typing it up?? ive just been thinking abt this recently and since i dont know what to expect from my lectures, i actually don't really know what style of notetaking i should go for.
