Recommandation for Gen Ed

Hi people, just wanted to let you all know about COMP1010 as an awesome gen ed course that you should consider doing if you’re even a little bit interested in learning how to code, no matter what your current degree is. It starts from the very basics and gets you thinking like a programmer, with a focus on learning the programming language Python. Some of the topics covered are basic data types and data structures, HTML and CSS, and some of the other really cool stuff you can do using Python. Plus the mid-term project topic is very flexible and self-driven, so you can make something that’s useful for your career or general life! The course lecture, tut, and lab times fit easily around even the highest workloads.
