ORDER FAILED Don't worry, "nothing was deducted from your account."

I had used a pre-paid VISA gift card to purchase two (2) items from the Ubisoft Connect Store on Windows 11 PC. It was both the Marching Fire Edition of For Honor, as well as the Year One Pass using the code LEGEND22 for a total of $12.26. This purchase was made on May 24, 2022 (5-24-22) at 6:59 PM EST. However, when I selected all my card information and address, it notified me that the purchase was incomplete and therefore I did not receive my items. I went to try again and same response. However when I checked my balance on VanillaGift.com it notified me that I only have $0.75 left and that the purchase did complete for the Ubisoft Store. When I returned to the store and launched For Honor, neither of my purchased items were there. I also checked my order history via the Ubisoft website and it says I have never made an order in the past. So in summary, I was charged $12.26 but did not receive any of the items I ordered. I tried restarting Ubisoft Connect multiple times, restarted the computer once, and so on. Please let me know how this can be fixed and I either get a refund or the items added to my account.
