What happens in Blood and Wine if I romance Triss in the main game?

I’m currently doing my second play through after finishing the game months ago. In my first play through, I romanced Triss but didn’t do any of the DLC. Decided to just start a new game and do the DLC alongside the story this time, and wanted to romance Triss this time round, but will that ruin anything in Blood and Wine?
