Im going to the gym for the first time. I used to box for 2 yrs so im not all that weak and im skinny
I have a few questions i want to get straight. Il list them cuz i dont know how else to ask them
• How do i find what exercises to impliment and find a workout plan that includes all muscles (even neck,traps and forearms)?
• How do i find the weight ideal for me so i can last those 3 to 4 sets?
• Should i powerlift if my goal is to build a shredded physique?
• Should i cut and bulk (im rly skinny)? ++ If yes then for how long should each faze last and what is the correct way to do it?
