Do donkeys actually laugh?

I saw this video and people were saying that the donkey was laughing at the dog. I know it sounds like it’s laughing, but I’m wondering if that’s actually why it’s making that noise.

Are they actually laughing, or are people just applying human emotions to donkeys, like they do when they claim a dog is smiling when it shows it’s teeth? Does the donkey find the situation funny? Is the donkey upset? Or is it something else?
