Nissan pixo starts like this 15% of the time and sometimes cuts out after it shakes like that but starts up fine after, also i feel like it didnt used to sound like this idle either sounds like a clicking sound, these cars are shakey idle normally though, guessing get it looked at? Maybe a/c belt?
