Is there any mod that will let you simply add only 1 NPC so that I can have a wife to protect without all the added chaos of having hundreds of other NPC's or other extensive game changes?

I used the Cheat Menu mod to heal myself after getting bit due to a bullshit reason. It worked, but the bandage I put on my shoulder is now stuck on it and there's no indication on my health page that I have a bandage on. Any Ideas on how to remove it cosmetically?
