I think it's important to be realistic though. She's in her late 30s so egg quality is already diminished and the risks for her to carry are still fairly low, but past age 40 and the risks substantially increase. This may likely be her last chance, considering her husband did have a procedure done so likely has a lower sperm count and her egg quality is lower. Not to say this to pressure her but women think they have a lot more time than that actually do. When it's too late, it's too late.

This is definitely another aspect of the whole situation for me. Now that I'm pregnant, I feel so confused about what I want. The fact that this happened at all, just seems against most odds. I know that plenty of women who are older than me do manage to get pregnant and carry pregnancies to term, but it really does sort of feel like this could very well be my only chance. So, on one hand I'm sort of scared to let this pregnancy go. I also know that there's probably never going to be a day in the future, should I end this pregnancy, that I will intentionally try to get pregnant ever. So, if I'm ever going to have a biological child of my own, this is probably the only possibility of that ever happening. Not to mention that the window of time I have to make a decision is extremely small.

Just the amount of garbage one person consumes makes me feel guilty. Every time I see new housing developments going up I feel guilty. I personally feel earth would be better if human kind died off and all the land could go back to the animals. So, yeah I sort of have some extreme thoughts and feelings about human kind.
