The US has a massive tank gap between 135pts and 200+pts. I think they need to give the M60A1 TTS the same 17 pen as the 105mm M1IP Abrams, as they would have had access to the same ammo in 1989. If they want they can split the M60A1(TTS) into "early" and "late" versions with different pen.
