That said this is not a Keto group. This is a meat-based group, you should have the opinion that all your nutritional needs can be met by eating meat. If you have a little cheat or add a little plants here and there, that is fine but it is not the focus of this group.
Rescued a week old cottontail from a dog yesterday. Only survivor. Found a wildlife rescue that said it probably wouldn’t survive the night but to bring it it tomorrow (today). Happy to say it is alive and had a great feed.
