Veilside 400z update: it's in primer now, my gaps could be a little neater but overall im super happy with it so far

Taking a break from the veilside z to finish up the garson accord. Down to just needing decals and panel accents now!

Just picked up this poor b5 s4 from a friend. Was an auto in the process of being manual swapped when the owner tore the engine apart to put new seals in, got overwhelmed, and dumped it to my friend. Still need to decide if im actually going to put it together again or part it out

Veilside 400z update: side skirts attached, gaps good (hopefully). It's going to be a bit of a Mashup with a couple parts from the BlackBox 400z kit, mostly the rear diffuser/exhaust

Veilside 400z update: this is definitely not a transkit for beginners, got the front chopped off, gaps evened up, and Veilside front clip glued on. Now I need to let the glue cure so I can fill the panel gaps with putty to smooth them out and make new panel lines

Veilside 400z update: the easy part of blending the rear flares to the body is done, now comes the hard part. Cutting off the front end and grafting the veilside front on while keeping it looking nice

Need to reposition the suspension a bit to sit lower, but im really liking it

Veilside 400z update: got the flares glued on and the leading edges blended in, working on the more difficult top edges now

Highly recommend picking up this sub $30 harbor freight touch up gun. Im used to using my satajet 5000's at work and this thing lays paint damn near just as well for a fraction of the price. Size wise it sits on the smaller side right between an airbrush and a regular spray gun

Starting work on the veilside 400z build, currently filing down the rear arches so they sit very tight and I can mold them into the car

I'm amazed they managed to avoid our collision shop this long

Playing around with some parts off the newest GTA V cars. Not the look ill be going for with my future prius build, but I'd happily upload it to cults3d if someone wants to use it for their build

Just finished converting the newest gta v cars to modifiable .obj files, which means I've got an escort cosworth spoiler that I can adjust and print for any of the model kits I build!

Scored this late 40's/early 50's emerson electric 77646-AS at a thrift store for $8 yesterday. Cleaned it up and got the medium and high speeds working, but can't get low to work, any ideas? More specifics below

Managed to save my screw up on the accord, and took the opportunity to make the orange a little more bold. Still needs clear as this is just basecoat

Shelving the Charger wagon project for a bit to buy some tools and figure out the next steps, so I'm going to start on this. Should be a fun build!

What a fantastic VIN

My take on the mpc Californian is done! My fiance picked the kit, the interior/exterior color, the spoiler, and the decals to use. I added a few of my own touches like the body color grille and the headlights being split off of it, along with the wheels and the dice

Got a little impatient spraying the basecoat on the accord, sprayed too heavy to fast. Going to let it cure over the weekend and sand it out

Gotta love when you can bring a new project home bit by bit. Going to take inventory of everything when I get it all together and see if it's worth trying to get it back on the road or not

My fiancé picked this kit out for me because she wants to see my take on it when I build it, it looks like a fun challenge, and a nice change from what i usually build! Starting on it while I'm waiting to have time to get the estima painted

Got the hatch and bumper fitting reasonably well on the Jimmy Flintstone resin charger wagon body. Most likely going to glue the hatch shut so it stays fitting nicely
